How to set printer properties.

Step-1 Click Start.

Step-2 Double click Printer and Faxes.

Step-3 Right click on Printer icon and click Properties.

Step-4 Click Advanced. You will get following screen.

 Step-5 Click on Printing Defaults.

Step-6 Click tab Paper/Quality, and select Draft under Quality Settings.

Step-7 Click Apply and then OK. Close all printer windows by clicking  all OKs.
