SUBJECT: PROMOTION UNDER MODIFIED CAREER

ADVANCEMENT SCHEME

The Competent Authority has approved the modified scheme for Career Advancement Scheme (CAS). The same has been uploaded on the University intranet web site (www.jamiahamdard.ac.in). Applications are invited from the teachers eligible for promotion under CAS. Please submit 8 (eight) copies of application in the prescribed proforma and supporting documents by August 22, 2011 to the Assistant Registrar (Establishment). The General Instructions as per Annexure –III may be consulted for further detail in this regard.

The Students’ Feedback (Performance Appraisal of Teachers by Students) shall be required for the current academic year onwards as per the guidelines approved in this regard. The revised proforma has been uploaded as Annexure- IV.

Submission of lists of journals (one in core subject and one in allied subjects) as per format (i.e., ISSN; impact factor, if applicable) will be pre-conditions for processing of the applications.
