The name “Hamdard” implies “sympathy for all and sharing of pain”. The history of Jamia Hamdard can be traced back to a small Unani clinic in the year 1906 by Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed, one of the well-known practitioners of Unani System of Medicine of his time. His illustrious son, Hakeem Abdul Hameed, carried forward the philosophy and objectives of Hamdard in independent India by setting up a number of research and educational institutions over the years. The year 1989 saw the fulfillment of his dreams when Jamia Hamdard was given the status of Deemed to be University by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. Jamia Hamdard was conceived as a seat of higher learning in Unani Medicine, Islamic Studies, Biosciences, Pharmacy, Nursing and other areas of knowledge. Over the years, Jamia Hamdard has expanded the disciplines of learning and emerged as an outstanding institution of higher learning with distinct and focused academic programmes including those in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Applications, Business Management, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, etc.
Jamia Hamdard is placed in Group 1 institutions (satisfying most of the criteria for Deemed to be University Status) and is ranked 18 th in the University Category by National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF). ICIDSSD’ 20 aims to pool expertise by bringing together researchers and developers from all fields of computing across the globe knitting together the unprecedented area of logical advancement The conference will provide an effective platform to the researchers from all over the world to show-case their original innovative research work. Our focus will be on developing strategic plans for balanced and inclusive growth of economy through ICT.
The conference will be held over two days with paper presentation from national as well as international community of authors including presentation from keynote speakers. Prospective authors are invited to contribute original high quality research papers through conference website.
All the accepted and presented papers will be considered for publication/inclusion in either of the following:
1. EAI CORE proceedings are submitted for inclusion in all leading indexing services, including Ei Compendex, ISI Web of Science, Scopus, CrossRef, Google Scholar, DBLP.
2. In addition extended versions of some selected papers may be published in a special issue of :
> EAI Endorsed Transactions
> EAI/Springer Innovations in Communicaions and Computing Book Series
3. Proceedings of the Conference (to be published as a book with ISBN number)

All submissions will strictly go through a plagiarism check, only those submissions which
pass through plagiarism check will be double blind reviewed with at-least three reviewers and only
accepted papers which are presented during the conference will be eligible for publishing.
All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of ten printed pages including
figures, without incurring additional page charges.
Certification: A certificate for the paper presentation will be provided to those who will present the
paper. Also, certificate for the attendees will also be provided those who wish to attend and listen to the
paper presenters.
Authors should comply with the tempate attached herewith, for preliminary submission. However, they may be asked to resubmit their manuscripts complying with a different template, at a later stage depending on the publication.
The manuscripts of up to 10 pages, written in English and formatted according to the EAI templates, should be submitted electronically via EasyChair.The author(s) NOT from India who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference in absentia may register and present their paper through SKYPE.
If any author / co-authors cannot attend the conference, may choose to attend the conference by paying the registration fee and present your paper through SKYPE. You shall be sent a Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings link and relevant literature by mail.
Post-conference, proceedings will be made available to the following indexing services for possible inclusion:
Depending on the focus of the particular indexing services, they may decide to include or not. If included one can expect it in 10-12 months. DBLP and Google Scholar are fast.
