Library of Faculty of Islamic Studies and Social Sciences is located on the first floor of the HMS Central Library building. It has acquired 2500 books till date. Journals pertaining to Islamic Studies and Social Sciences and related fields are subscribed. The back volumes are maintained by the Central Library.

Books purchased as per recommendation of the Dean and the teachers of the faculty are processed by the Central Library and sent to the faculty library time to time.

Library rules in respect to borrowing of books by the members are same as applicable to HMS Central Library. Teachers, students and non-teaching staff are the members of the HMS Central Library and they can borrow books and other reading materials from the Central Library also.The members can utilise the reading room facility of the Central Library also.
