The Conference will be held at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi which was conferred the status of a Deemed University in 1989. It has been accredited in category ‘A’ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of India in three consecutive cycles. In the year 2018 in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF-2018) Jamia Hamdard was ranked 2nd in the Pharmacy discipline and 23rd in the University Category in India. Jamia Hamdard has emerged as an outstanding institution of higher learning with clear and focused academic programmes. In the QS world subject ranking 2019 in ‘Pharmacy and Pharmacology’ it has been ranked in the 151-200 rank band with first rank in India. The University has Schools of Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing, Management Studies, Allied Health Sciences, etc. The University has its hospital, and a Medical Council of India (MCI)- approved Medical College. It offers higher education in different disciplines of science, pharmacy, and medicine leading to UG, PG and PhD degrees. Jamia Hamdard is one of few select universities supported by the Department of Science & Technology (DST) under PURSE (Promotion of University Research and Scientific Excellence) scheme. Currently, five Departments are recognized and supported under UGC-Special Assistance Programme (SAP) and four Departments are supported by the DST under FIST (Fund for Improvement of S&T Infrastructure in Higher Educational Institutions).

Jamia Hamdard is celebrating 30th year (Pearl Anniversary) of its establishment as a “Deemed to be a University” and last one year a number of National and International Conferences/Symposia/Seminars/ Workshops/Special Lectures have been organized independently or in collaboration with other organizations.

By the way, "Hamdard" (a word originated from Persian) means a person who shares your grief and pain and "Jamia" broadly means "University". Thus, holding NCAAE here speaks volumes.

Delhi city is well connected to all major cities of world and India by air and nationally also by rail and road links. The University is located near lush green Jahanpanah Forest of South Delhi about 22 km from IGI Airport and New Delhi and Old Delhi Railway Stations.
