Industry Participation

The Indo-US summit urges the industry from both USA and India for close interaction with the participating Indian and US Scientists looking at the sustained collaboration in future on useful and relevant areas of Cancer Nanotechnology.  Only 15 participants from industry will be registered on first-come-first-serve basis. The industry will sponsor the summit. There will be three categories of sponsorship as follow:
Sponsorship 1 :  The sponsorship fee per participant will be INR25,000/- or US$500.- . The participant will be able to attend all the events of the summit for all the three days and will get a chance of one-to-one discussion in the banquet session with the Indian and US scientists.
Sponsorship 2 : The sponsorship fee for the industry is INR2,00,000/- or US$4000.- and the money will be used for one scientist from USA (as decided by Prof Amiji) for his/her airfare and local hospitality. Only one participant from that industry will have complimentary registration and additional participant will have to pay INR25,000/- or US$500.- as proposed in sponsorship 1. The industry will get chance to speak about their profiles for 15mins just before the concerned scientist’s talk begins. Any information materials and product specimen provided by the company may be distributed in the summit along with the registration materials.

Sponsorship 3 : The industry may sponsor any one day of the three-day summit. The sponsorship fee is INR2,00,000/- or US$4000.-. Only one participant from that industry will have complimentary registration and additional participant will have to pay INR25,000/- or US$500.- as proposed in sponsorship 1. The industry will get chance to speak about their profiles for 15mins at the banquet dinner. Any information materials and product specimen provided by the company may be distributed in the summit along with the registration materials.
