Plagiarism Policy
HILSR L. Rev. complies with all the prescribed regulations of the University Grants Commission (UGC) pertaining to academic integrity and prevention of plagiarism. All submissions shall be mandatorily checked for any form of plagiarism and similarity reports for each submission are duly generated by running them through the similarity detection software Turnitin or any other software subscribed by the Jamia Hamdard. The similarity index/reports for each submission are generated in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Promotion of Academic Integrity and Prevention of Plagiarism in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2018 (As amended till date). For promoting integrity in research and ensuring ethical conduct of the process of publication, HILSR L. Rev. will follow the guidelines of Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) available at https://publicationethics.org.
