Terms and Conditions:

Quotations may be submitted latest by 05.05.2025 upto 3.00 p.m. in an envelope superscripting “above mentioned work.” and addressed to: Executive Engineer, Jamia Hamdard , Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi-110062
The rates/price quoted by contractor should be inclusive of all material cost, labour, services/tools, GST etc.
Work shall be done as per specification as specified in the BOQ. Work shall be completed within stipulated period failing which 1% penalty per week to maximum of 05% on the total work amount, shall be imposed.
Applicable taxes, JHRW@0.25% and other will be deducted as per Govt. norms.
No Escalation shall be considered during the execution period of the work.
Work shall be organized in such a manner which does not disturb the work of the University.
Payment shall be made after satisfactory completion of work.
Bidders are advised to visit the site first and submit their rates accordingly.
