Dr. Faezah Roohani,is an academician and researcher in the field of Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management. She has honed her expertise in Human Resource Management,Organizational Behavior, Industrial Relations and Labor Laws, and Marketing Management.
Her earlier roles in recruitment and content development enriched her practical understanding of HR processes, which she integrates into teaching while also mentoring students and contributing to academic administration.
Her research interests include Environmental Consciousness, Employee Well-Being,Occupational Burnout, Spiritual Leadership,Workplace Spirituality. I actively contributed to the successful organization of the placement drive conducted by NF Infratech on 30th April,2026. I coordinated with the the company representatives to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of the event.
My responsibilities included assisting in pre-placement arrangements, guiding students throughout the recruitment process, and managing on-ground logistics during the drive. I also helped streamline the schedule, ensuring that all stages—from the aptitude test to the interviews—were conducted in an organized and timely manner.
Students were shortlisted for the roles of HR Generalist and Marketing, providing them with valuable career opportunities in their respective fields.
Additionally, I supported the welcoming of recruiters and the felicitation ceremony, contributing to a professional and hospitable environment. My involvement helped ensure discipline, active student participation, and a seamless experience for both the company and the candidates.
This experience strengthened my organizational, communication, and teamwork skills while giving me practical exposure to placement operations and industry engagement.
