Dr. Javid Majeed Pandith is an accomplished academic and management professional with over eight years of experience spanning academia, research, and industry. Currently serving as Assistant Professor of Management and Assistant Controller of Examinations at Jamia Hamdard, he brings a strong blend of teaching excellence, research insight, and administrative expertise. He holds a Ph.D. in Marketing Management from Jamia Millia Islamia and is UGC-NET qualified.
Dr. Pandith has designed and delivered courses across diverse management domains, earning consistently high student feedback. He has also mentored more than 6,000 aspirants for competitive examinations, reflecting his commitment to student success. His research portfolio includes multiple publications in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals, with work focusing on marketing, sustainability, fintech, and agricultural innovation.
