BIO
Dr. Tariq Nadeem Khan completed his Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) in 2006 and subsequently obtained an MD in Kulliyat wa Ilmul Amraaz in 2010 from Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. He secured the first position in his MD program. He possesses over 13 years of postgraduate teaching experience at the National Institute of Unani Medicine, where he served from March 2012 to August 2025. During this tenure, he also held the position of Head of the Department of Kulliyat-e-Tibb from March 2023 to August 2025. At present, he is serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Kulliyat, School of Unani Medical Education and Research (SUMER), Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, since August 2025. Under his supervision, 20 postgraduate scholars have successfully completed their studies. His primary research interests lie in the fundamental principles of Unani medicine. He has authored four books and published over 60 research papers/articles in reputed national and international journals.
