The inauguration of Jamia Hamdard new website, organized by the Web Cell of HAH-CIT, was held in the HNF Board Room at Jamia Hamdard on 10 Jan., 2025. The event was graced by the Hon’ble Chancellor, Janab Hammad Ahmed Saheb, along with Prof. (Dr.) M. Afshar Alam, Vice-Chancellor, Dr. M. A. Sikandar, Registrar, Mr. Syed Saud Akhtar, Controller of Examinations, Deans of Schools, and other distinguished officers of the university. The program commenced with Tilawat-e-Quran, following which Prof. Javed Ali, Chairman of the Web Cell, warmly welcomed the esteemed guests and provided an overview of the new website. He expressed gratitude to the members of the Web Cell for their dedication and efforts in creating a dynamic and updated platform. Prof. (Dr.) M. Afshar Alam, the Vice-Chancellor, addressed the gathering, congratulating the Web Cell team on their accomplishment. He highlighted the significance of the university & website in ensuring compliance with UGC regulations, the National Education Policy (NEP), and other institutional frameworks.
The highlight of the event was the official inauguration of the new website by the Hon’ble Chancellor, Janab Hammad Ahmed Saheb. The revamped website, available at www.jamiahamdard.ac.in, is now accessible to all stakeholders and the general public. Dr. Imran Hussain, Convener of the Web Cell Committee, delivered the vote of thanks, acknowledging the contributions of every member involved in the website development.
