Infrastructure of Pharmaceutics Department

The department has state of the art infrastructure facilities like separate laboratories for undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral research students. There is a dedicated machine room for undergraduate students. The equipments available for research in the department are Malvern Zetasizer, High Pressure homogenizer, lyophilizers, Dynao Mill, HPLC etc. The high end machines have been pooled to the central instrumental facility of the school.

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM)

Transmission electron microscopes (TEM) is applied to study the particle size and surface morphology of developed nanoformulations in pharmaceutical labs. TEM are microscopes that use a particle beam of electrons to visualize specimens and generate a highly-magnified image.
