IIC Jamia Hamdard was established in September 2019 and has gone a long way in establishing its presence on campus as well as in the region. IIC Jamia Hamdard boasts of a genuinely diversified representation from eleven different Schools/Faculties of the University. It has maintained a very good connection with the Industry too by collaborating on various fronts.

The E-Cell under IIC Jamia Hamdard facilitates the Trainings, Expert Guidance, Interactions with Entrepreneur Alumni and others, and support from Hamdard National Foundation. It has got an office, a lab, and meeting rooms in its infrastructure.

In a very short span of time, IIC Jamia Hamdard has shown great promise by getting 4.5 stars (out of 5), for its performance, in 2019-2020. In 2020-21, its score was 100/100 and its rating was 3.5/3.5. In the first two Quarters of 2021-22, IIC Jamia Hamdard has achieved a score of 49.99/50 and a rating of 2/2. It is looking forward to achieving many more milestones in the years to come.

VISION: To become a recognized face of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Higher Education Institutes of the country.

MISION: To create the ecosystem of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Jamia Hamdard.

AIMS & OBJECTIVES:?

  1. To conduct various innovation and entrepreneurship-related activities prescribed by Central MIC in time bound fashion.
  2. Identify and reward innovations and share success stories.
  3. Organize periodic workshops/ seminars/ interactions with entrepreneurs, investors, professionals and create a mentor pool for student innovators.
  4. Network with peers and national entrepreneurship development organizations.
  5. Create an Institution?s Innovation portal to highlight innovative projects carried out by institution?s faculty and students.
  6. Organize Hackathons, idea competition, mini-challenges etc. with the involvement of industries, etc.
