About the School

The School of Nursing Sciences and Allied Health (SNSAH) is a school of Jamia Hamdard providing world-class education in the areas of Nursing Sciences and the Allied Health Sciences subject, including the Nursing Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Paramedical Sciences. The school has a College and three Departments and a Clinical facility that is the Rehabilitation Centre:

1. Rufaida College of Nursing (RCN)
2. Department of Occupational Therapy (DOT)
3. Department of Physiotherapy (DPT)
4. Department of Paramedical Sciences (DPS)
5. Rehabilitation Centre includes Occupational Therapy services & Physiotherapy services

SNSAH is a cornerstone of the University and its one of the largest and most dynamic schools.

The school offers a comprehensive array of the undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), diploma (Dip), and PhD programs across disciplines, and is recognized for its qualified and skilled faculty in the Nursing and Allied Health Sciences subjects.

The programs offered by the school are recognized by the respective statutory councils.

Students are exposed to hands-on clinical training at Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, and various reputed Government and private hospitals in Delhi with which the school has signed MoU.

Labs, simulation labs and clinics are fully equipped as per the mandate of the regulatory bodies and the programs offered by its various departments and college are designed to meet the highest academic and research standards.
