BIO

I am an Assistant Professor in Healthcare Management at Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, with a PhD in Healthcare Management from Aligarh Muslim University and an MBA (Gold Medalist) in Healthcare & Hospital Management. My academic work is anchored in advancing globally relevant, sustainable, and resilient healthcare systems, with a focus on healthcare management, public health policy, and system-level transformation.

My research adopts a rigorous, interdisciplinary approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methodologies such as systematic literature reviews, bibliometric analysis, and advanced decision-making frameworks including AHP and TISM. I contribute to the global academic discourse through publications in high-quality ABDC ā€˜Aā€™ category journals and serve as a peer reviewer for leading international journals.

I am committed to research-led teaching and academic leadership, integrating cutting-edge scholarship with real-world healthcare challenges to enhance student learning and professional readiness. My work aims to strengthen institutional research visibility, foster international collaboration, and contribute to the development of innovative, evidence-based solutions for complex global health systems.
